The follow-up behind the website

A nice website that goes quiet after the first tap is just a brochure. I build the follow-up into the site: click-to-call, online booking, a text when you miss a call, and a nudge after a quote. It connects to the tools you already use.

What happens when you miss the call

  1. Missed call

You are on a job. The phone rings, and nobody picks up.

  2. Auto text

They get a text, so they can reply instead of calling the next company.

  3. Booked

They pick a time, or you call them back while the lead is still warm.

01

Click-to-call

The phone number is on the page, not buried under a form. On a phone it dials in one tap. That matters for a no-heat call, a leaking pipe, or a garage door that will not close, when nobody is going to fill out five fields first.

It is the number you already answer. I am not replacing your phone. I am making the call the obvious next step.

02

Online booking

Some jobs are urgent. Some can wait until Thursday. Online booking gives that second group a way to ask for a time without sitting on hold, and it gives you a request instead of a voicemail you have to decode later.

It connects to the calendar or scheduling tool you already use. You do not need a new system of record to start.

03

Missed-call text-back

You are on a roof, under a sink, or on another call. The phone rings and nobody picks up. A text goes out so they can reply or book, instead of moving on to the next company.

That text is for someone who just tried to reach you. It is not a blast to people who never called.

04

Quote follow-up

A quote that sits in an inbox is easy to forget, on both sides. After it goes out, a follow-up asks if they are ready to schedule. You are not left hoping they remember to call back.

I connect that to the way you already send quotes, whether that is email, a form, or the tool you write the number up in. You do not have to move the company onto new software to turn it on.

It hooks into what you already run

Your phone, your calendar, your forms, your inbox, and a CRM if you already have one. The follow-up attaches to those. It is not a reason to move the company before the site can go live.

On the first call I will ask what you answer today, and where a quote lives after you send it. The build follows that. I am not going to hand you a stack of new logins.

What it costs to keep them running

Those four pieces come with the website. The website starts at $1,500, and I scope it to go live in 7 days. I do not price the follow-up as a second project.

Optional management is $99–149 a month, for hosting, edits, and the automations. You can skip the plan. You still own the site, the source code, the assets, and the accounts.

The price, what you own, and the free homepage mockup are on the website page and in the FAQ.
