Contractor websites, with the follow-up built in
I build websites for HVAC, plumbing, roofing, concrete, and garage-door companies. The page gets someone to call or book. The follow-up is what happens if you miss them, or if a quote is sitting there. It starts at $1,500, and I scope it to go live in 7 days. I am based in Denver, and I work with companies in Denver and across the country.

What the site is for
Most people show up on a phone, usually because something at the house is already wrong. They need to know you do the work, that you cover their neighborhood, and what to do next. They are not looking for a brand story.
I keep that path the same every time: the services, the area, a number they can tap, a way to book, and a follow-up when the call or the quote does not land. It connects to the phone, the calendar, the forms, and the other tools you already use.
The screenshots above are from that sample HVAC site. I built it so you can see the shape of the page. It is not a client, and it is not a review.

Optional management is $99–149 a month, for hosting, edits, and the automations. You can decline it. At launch, the site, the source code, the assets, and the accounts are yours.
Written for the work
The bones stay the same. The words change to match how that company actually gets hired.
HVAC
A no-heat night or a no-cool afternoon is not a browsing session. The page puts the phone number and a booking link where a thumb already is, and it says the work out loud: repair, replacement, and maintenance.
Plumbing
A leak does not wait on a contact form. Click-to-call covers the urgent visit. Online booking covers the drain, water heater, or remodel lead that can pick a time.
Roofing
After a storm, people compare two or three companies quickly. The page says the area you cover, the kind of roof work, and how to ask for an inspection without hunting through menus.
Concrete
Driveways, patios, and flatwork usually start as a quote, not an emergency dispatch. The site makes that request obvious, and the quote follow-up keeps the conversation moving after the number goes out.
Garage doors
A door that will not close is a same-day decision. The number stays visible. If you miss the call, a text goes out so they are not already on the next listing.
How we start
- Book a 15-minute call. Tell me what you do, the area you cover, and what happens when you miss a call.
- I send a homepage mockup before you pay a deposit.
- We write the scope down. The website starts at $1,500.
- Once we start, I scope it to go live in 7 days.
Click-to-call, online booking, missed-call text-back, and quote follow-up come with the site. They are not a second project. Read how the follow-up works, or read the questions I get most.
