What do you actually build?
A contractor website with the follow-up built in. A homeowner can call, book a time, or ask for a quote. If you miss the call, they get a text. If a quote goes out, it gets a follow-up. It starts at $1,500, one time, and I scope it to go live in 7 days.
Who is this for?
HVAC, plumbing, roofing, concrete, garage-door, and other home-service companies. I am based in Denver, and I work with companies in Denver and across the country.
How much does it cost?
The website is $1,500, paid once. If you want me to keep hosting, edits, and the automations running, that is $99–149 a month. You can say no to the monthly plan.
How fast can it go live?
Once we start, I scope the site to go live in 7 days.
What is included?
Click-to-call, online booking, a missed-call text-back, and quote follow-up. I connect those to the phone, calendar, forms, and the other tools you already use.
Do I have to switch the tools I already use?
No. I hook the booking, the text-back, and the quote follow-up into the tools you already run. You do not need a new CRM to start.
Can I see a page before I pay a deposit?
Yes. I will show you a homepage mockup before any deposit.
Who owns the website?
You do. At launch, the site, the source code, the assets, and the accounts are yours. There is no required retainer.
