Terms of Service

1. Engagement & Practice Structure

Raymond Advisory Group LLC builds contractor websites and the follow-up around them for home-service companies in Denver and across the country. A website starts at $1,500 and is scoped to go live in 7 days. An optional management plan, at $99–149 per month, covers hosting, edits, and automations. It is not required. All client engagements are conducted directly with Travis Raymond. Specific scopes, deliverables, timelines, and compensation are written down before work starts.

2. Full Client Deliverable Ownership

A cornerstone of this practice is complete client ownership. Upon project launch and fulfillment of agreed project compensation:

• You own 100% of custom source code, application repositories, and project assets.
• Hosting accounts, domain records, and third-party SaaS services are established in your name or transferred directly to your organization.
• There are no mandatory ongoing maintenance retainers, licensing lock-ins, or proprietary platform dependencies.

3. Website Content & Portfolio Demonstrations

The materials, sample sites, interactive demonstrations, and copy displayed on this website are provided for informational and portfolio illustration purposes. Raymond Advisory Group LLC reserves the right to display launched work, screenshots, and publicly accessible web projects in portfolio materials unless an explicit non-disclosure agreement (NDA) is executed prior to engagement.

4. Warranties & Professional Care

All software and web experiences are engineered to high industry standards for performance, accessibility, responsiveness, and clean architecture. Services are provided on an “as-is” professional advisory basis. Neither party shall be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from third-party platform disruptions or client-initiated modifications post-launch.

5. Governing Law

These terms and any related client agreements are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Colorado, United States.
